Muscle Musical returns to the Las Vegas Strip, as Matsuri has arrived at Imperial Palace!

Earning critical acclaim at the Riviera in 2006 and Sahara in 2007, Matsuri is a unique show that transcends language. No words are necessary, as highly skilled, athletic performers let their muscles do the talking. Costumes by world-famous designer Junko Koshino add to the visual spectacle of this showcase for traditional Japanese culture--with an original twist!

The 75-minute show features a cast of 18 Japanese athletes who perform stunts like Human Jump Rope, Judo Tango, Lion Dance and Foot Drums. Contagious energy and mesmerizing feats of strength send audiences home wide-eyed, with grins sized to match.

See Matsuri for yourself inside the Imperial Showroom every day but Tuesday, starting July 31. Showtimes are 4 pm daily, with an additional 8 pm show on Fridays and an extra 1 pm show on Saturdays. Tickets are $49.95 plus applicable taxes and fees. VIP seats are $59.99.

Imperial Hawaiian Luau is a poolside buffet and Polynesian revue on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings from mid-April to late October. Highlighted by roasted suckling pig, the feast includes unlimited mai tais, piña coladas, and fruit punch. Hula lessons and sing-alongs are part of the fun.

Smokey Robinson Presents Australia's Human Nature - The Ultimate Celebration of Motown takes center stage in the newly remodeled Imperial Palace Showroom. Human Nature, an Australian quartet, has opened for superstars such as Celine Dion and Michael Jackson. The show is presented nightly (except Fridays) at 8 PM.

The King's Ransom Museum at Imperial Palace houses Elvis Presley artifacts and some of his personal treasures. The collection will be at the hotel from October 21, 2009 until April 2010. The King's Ransom Museum is on the third floor of the casino and is open 7 days a week from 10 AM to 6 PM. Admission is $10.

Open nightly, Karaoke Club offers some 15,000 songs and permits performers to record their performances on DVDs.

A pianist entertains Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings in Nomiya Lounge. Other Asian-themed drinking spots include the Sake, Mai Tai, and Ginza bars.
